This Privacy Notice governs the manner in which Elevations Academy collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the  website (“Site”). This privacy notice applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Elevations.

Elevations Academy take all industry advised precautions to protect any and all submitted and stored data, however Elevations Academy accepts no responsibility for loss of data caused by persons with malicious intent, computer attack or infection.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.

We will collect personal identification information from Users who choose to voluntarily submit information to us in order to enrol onto our programme of study. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that this defeats the object of enrolment and as such, enrolment would be incomplete.

Non-personal identification information

We do not collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Purpose of Data collection:

Data is collected for a variety of purposes:

  • Business Administration
  • Facilitate a response to queries,
  • Improving our services and systems, as well as to allow us to provide requested services.
  • To improve customer service
  • To process payments
    We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • Marketing: Use of images collected by Elevations Academy with express consent.
  • To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature
  • To send periodic emails regarding to relevant information about classes. We do not send irrelevant ‘junk’… our news emails will always contain date information.
    If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, the User may contact us via our Site.

Personal – any data which could be used to personally identify an individual. Including names, DOB, postal address, telephone/email.

Personal & Special – Medical information

Non-personal – we do not collect non personal data.

Data requested during class signup, job or franchise application is needed in order to prepare and enter in to a contract

How we protect your information – Data Retention & Security

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.


  • Personal Data is only stored for as long as necessary. It is securely destroyed thereafter.
