Yep... let's bring out the best in you! This is YOUR TIME, to get IN THE ZONE and dance the night away.

We offer Adult Classes for mature ladies in- Jazz, Ballet, Tap and Street Dance. Maybe you are re-visiting an old hobby, or trying something new? Whatever the reason, we have a class to suit you! 


FAQ

  • Am I too old? You are NEVER too old. Whilst averages ages are 20s-40s- our age range of attendees range from 18-80! 

  • What should I wear? Whatever you feel comfortable in! Active wear/leggings/t-shirt. We advise against jeans and skirts! Trainers are fine for street and jazz, but you may prefer to wear bare feet. Bare feet or jazz/ballet shoes for ballet and jazz. 

  • What if I don't like it? We do take full payment of a course period on booking, BUT don't fear-we have a 'grace period'. Just email us, and we will be happy to refund you for the latter of term.

COURSE 1: 17TH MAY ONWARDS- RESTRICTIONS LIFT: 

5 WEEK COURSE PURCHASE. COVERING 18TH MAY, 25TH MAY, 8TH JUNE, 15TH JUNE, 22ND JUNE.

COURSE 2: TBC FOLLOWING ANNOUCEMENTS RELEVANT TO 21ST JUNE ONWARDS. 

WE'LL TAKE A SHORT BREAK FOR SUMMER HOLS OVER AUGUST, AND WILL BE BACK IN SEPTEMBER- HOPEFULLY WITH BALLET BACK ON THE SCHEDULE AS WELL AS TAP FOR BEGINNERS. 

  • 19:20-20:00 STREET DANCE FOR ADULTS
  • 20:00-20:30 JAZZ FOR ADULTS 
  • 20:30-21:00 TAP IMPROVERS FOR ADULTS 


Descriptions- 

Street Dance: Think latest moves, latest tunes! A real good work out. The class starts with a warm up; then follows with a routine which is progressive throughout the period. Ideal for beginners to those with experience... you'll be working off those pounds without even realising! 

Tap: Ideal for those who have experience, and tapped in their youth. Must know basics. 

Ballet: Improvers- for those who danced in their youth and have basic knowledge. 

Ballet Burn: A balletic inspired workout. 

Jazz: Think West End! Kicks, spins, leaps! 

For Jazz and Tap- as the schedule can only fit in 30 mins (a lot of people do back to back classes), please arrive a little earlier and warm up/stretch out prior to class so we can head straight into choreography for your enjoyment.
